Terms of Service

Welcome to 888PartyPlay. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the 888PartyPlay mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

2. Account Registration

You may create an account using Apple Sign In, Google Sign In, or as a guest. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized tools to gain unfair advantages
• Manipulate game scores, rankings, or tournament results
• Harass, bully, or behave abusively toward other players
• Impersonate other users or entities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or bans
• Share or sell your account to others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

4. Virtual Currency (Stars)

The App features a virtual currency called "Stars."

• Stars are virtual items with NO real-world monetary value
• Stars CANNOT be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for real currency
• Stars CANNOT be traded between users outside of App-designated features
• We reserve the right to modify Stars pricing, earning rates, and availability
• Stars balances are non-transferable and non-refundable
• Upon account termination, all Stars balances are forfeited

Stars are a limited license granted to you for use within the App only.

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App offers optional subscriptions and in-app purchases through the Apple App Store.

• Subscription terms and pricing are displayed before purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
• Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policies

6. User Content

Any content you create within the App (usernames, game interactions) must comply with these Terms. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, functionality, designs, and code, is owned by 888PartyPlay and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App.

8. Microphone Access

The "Reverse Singing" game mode requires microphone access. Audio is processed locally on your device for gameplay only and is not stored or transmitted to our servers.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 888PARTYPLAY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF VIRTUAL CURRENCY, OR INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your license to use the App is revoked
• Your Stars balance is forfeited
• Your account data may be deleted

You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
